Planting a Tree On-Line on MyHeritage.com
Daniel Horowitz, Genealogy Expert from My Heritage
Our resource library is available at 7:00 for perusing and schmoozing before the meeting in the Charles and Bessie Goldman library.
Daniel will introduce us to the friendly and free online family tree website MyHeritage.com. He will show how to build an online family tree, enter information, navigate across the tree, generate charts and share the information with family members in more than 36 languages. We will have the chance to ask questions about our trees.
Daniel is the founding member and lecturer of the Jewish Genealogy Society of Venezuela - AGJUVE (2001-2005). He has resided in Israel since 2005 where he is a member and webmaster of the Israel Genealogy Research Association (IGRA) and the Horowitz Families Association. He lecturer at various International Conference as well as local genealogy groups. Daniel has been working at MyHeritage since 2006. He has been a board member of the International Association of Jewish Genealogical Societies - IAJGS since 2008.
